The Special Rapporteur cannot conclude this report on his mission to South Africa without mentioning the communication which was addressed to him by an organization purporting to represent the “Boerevolk”. These Afrikaaners claim to be the “only indigenous White nation in Africa”, and as such complain of human rights violations “on every terrain of nationhood”, and demand the right of self-determination. The Special Rapporteur considers that the Boerevolk is a formerly politically dominant ethnic and cultural minority who descend from the earliest colonial settlers, and as citizens of South Africa they enjoy the same human rights and fundamental freedoms as every other person in the country, including the right to equality and non-discrimination. The South African State provides ample opportunity for every citizen to lodge complaints against alleged human rights violations and offers the possibility for remedial action. In the opinion of the Special Rapporteur, the claim that the Boerevolk should be considered an “indigenous nation” does not meet the criteria of “indigenity” as these have been set out in international legal standards and discourse at the present time.

Ironic how these imbeciles from the United Nations can twist and turn words to fit their own "criteria?" If the " Special Rapporteur"- who set-up this statement was anything near honest- he/she would have known that - when this "criteria" is applied correctly- the same will have to go for the white Americans- who also is not "indigenous" to the USA for the Indians have been there ages before the white settlers, the white Australians - (whose ancestors were convicts sent there by Britain)  - because the Aborigines were there before them, the white Nieu-Zeelanders- because the Maoris were there before them, the Arabs in Egypt because the Egyptians- that were white- were there before them, the Chileans because the Aztecs were there before them and so-on and so-on.The whole world was invaded by different nations from time-to-time....even YOUR ancestors invaded another country.

Should we reason on the same lie this idiot reasons due to various nations that forms the nucleus of this country and the Boers are not much more "different" than the rest...then the same argument will have to go for all these countries as been stated above. Yet- in all these countries the whites have the right to be called "indigenous" to these countries?

" The Boer Republics (sometimes also referred to as Boer states) were independent self-governed republics created by the northeastern frontier branch of the Dutch-speaking (proto Afrikaans) inhabitants of the north eastern Cape Province and their descendants (variously named Trekboers, Boers, Afrikaners and Voortrekkers) in mainly the northern and eastern parts of what is now the country of South Africa.

The territories north of the Vaal River in the Transvaal were officially recognized as independent by Great Britain with the signing of the Sand River Convention on 17 January 1852.^[2] The territories and districts of the Transvaal were Potchefstroom, Lydenburg and Zoutpansberg, which united in 1857 to form the South African Republic.

The Orange Free State was recognized as independent by Great Britain on 17 February 1854. The Orange Free State became officially independent on 23 February 1854 with the signing of the Bloemfontein or Orange River Convention. The Orange Free State was nicknamed the model republic.

These two countries continued to exist for several decades, despite the First Boer War with Britain. However, later developments, including the discovery of diamonds and gold in these states, led to Second Boer War. In this war, the Transvaal and Orange Free State were defeated and annexed by the overwhelmingly larger British forces, officially ceasing to exist on 31 May 1902, with the signing of the Treaty of Vereeniging. A new British colony, the Union of South Africa, was subsequently established, in which the Transvaal and the Orange Free State became provinces along with the Cape and Natal.

So- your dumbness " Special Rapporteur"- who the hell did YOU talk to...on you "mission" down South...Jacob the Clown.... because YOU did not talk to ANY Boer organization??? This brings us back to the fact that the Free State and Transvaal belongs by "homogeneity"- to the Boers...the same way the Americans, Nieu-Zeelanders and Australians could claim their "independence."
